Bag Filter / Bag House

Bag Filter / Bag House Supplier

A Bag Filter, also known as a Bag House, is an air pollution control device used to remove dust and particulate matter from industrial exhaust gases. It works by passing contaminated air through fabric filter bags that trap dust particles while allowing clean air to pass through.

Bag Houses are widely used in cement plants, power plants, steel industries, chemical units, foundries, and process industries to ensure compliance with environmental norms and improve workplace air quality.

The system is designed for high filtration efficiency, low maintenance, and continuous operation. Dust collected on the filter bags is periodically cleaned using pulse-jet, reverse air, or mechanical shaking mechanisms, and discharged through hoppers for easy disposal.

Key Features:

  • High dust collection efficiency (up to 99.9%)
  • Suitable for high temperature and heavy dust load applications
  • Robust MS/SS construction
  • Low operating and maintenance cost
  • Custom-designed as per process requirement

Bag Filters play a crucial role in maintaining clean air, protecting equipment, and meeting pollution control regulations.
